No surprise here, Doyle vetoed concealed carry. He told the legislature that he would, they passed it anyway and he did what he said he would. The best part of Doyle’s veto, however; came in this statement:

“The bill does not create a single job, help a single Wisconsin citizen afford health care or improve schools for a single Wisconsin child,” Doyle said in a statement. “The Legislature should spend more time trying to get jobs into our communities instead of more guns.”

Here, here.

While the legislature managed to pass concealed carry, while Assembly Bill 657 and Assembly Bill 363 have not been passed. Both of these bills have had plenty of time to be passed, but no, the Republican controlled legislature choose to work on Concealed Carry.

God Bless.
